Back in California, we experienced what too many people still deal with every day — businesses that treat customers like account numbers. Endless transfers. Indifferent service. Walking away from interactions feeling unheard and unsupported. We knew there was a better way, and we wanted to build it.
Community outreach, local partnerships, team building, and helping people solve real problems have always been central to who we are. Building businesses was never just about revenue. It was about creating something that genuinely supports the people it serves — customers, employees, and the community around them.
Tennessee felt like home from the start. Its people, values, and strong sense of community aligned with everything we wanted to build. We chose to put down roots here because we weren't looking for a market — we were looking for a place we could actually believe in.
